 Corsets:  Concept and direction:  Actors: Cassie, Bucket, Kitty and Stephanie A note from *Halohid: I am currently directing John Lennon's In His Own Write in conjunction with Monash University and the Melbourne Fringe Festival. I have a tendency to do shoots based around plays I am working on. I find it another way to get concepts out of my head. This is based on the themes of the play and uses the cast, makeup artist, Marie and hair designer, Kristina. The prints will be auctioned off as part of a fundraiser for the play but, in addition to this, it was a chance for the makeup artist and hair dresser to experiment and, more importantly, for *TeamHyphenPants to get one more massive shoot in before we returned to uni. A huge thankyou to all involved and to the inhabitance of The House for letting us invade it for the afternoon! (Oh, and the title of the image is a quote from the play. Come and see it in September. It shall be amazing. She says, confidently.) |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
